Amidst other rising business operations costs, your network provider has just increased your mobile bill, again. It’s not the first time they’ve done it, and it won’t be the last. It happens every April and, like most other businesses, you probably feel stuck with a provider who’ll always find a way to charge you more, never less.
For most business contracts, it works out at around £2–£3 per line, every year. Not because anything has changed in how you use your phones, just because that’s what network providers do. And based on audits carried out across Staffordshire businesses in the last 12 months, more than 75% of businesses were overpaying on their mobile contracts – meaning the chances are your bill was already too high before it even went up.
The good news is that your business mobile costs are one thing you can gain control of, and right now is the right time to do it. You can start by finding out what you should actually be paying with a free business mobile audit.
When we sit down with businesses, this time of year brings other frustrations to the table too.
- SIMs still being paid for that no one’s using
- Contracts that made sense two years ago, but don’t now
- Extras added on over time that no one’s questioned
- And trying to fix any of it means sitting on hold
You already know something’s off, you just haven’t had the time or patience to untangle it.
We’ll take a proper look at it for you
We’ll go through your current setup and tell you what you’re paying for, what you’re actually using, and where things don’t add up. You’ll come away with two things: a full picture of what your contract is actually costing you, and a clear view of what you could be paying and saving instead.
If everything’s fine, we’ll tell you that. If it’s not, we’ll show you exactly what a better deal looks like. If you do decide to change anything, we handle it without any disruption to your business. When it’s handled properly, it’s much more straightforward than you might expect. We’ll review everything in detail, sort the new setup and make sure the switch happens without downtime. And throughout the whole process, you’ll have a dedicated account manager to speak to – not a call centre.

Dyson Farming Ltd
Dyson Farming Ltd’s mobile contracts were split across two providers — Vodafone and EE — due to network coverage across the areas they operate. Costs had built up over time, and with two separate contracts running in parallel, nobody had ever sat down and looked at the full picture.
When Complete Communications reviewed the accounts, they found numbers still being paid for with no usage — lines the existing providers had never flagged, let alone questioned. Within weeks, contracts were renegotiated, redundant lines removed, and SIMs reallocated to new starters who actually needed them.
The savings were higher than first estimated. Dyson Farming reduced their Vodafone charges by 60% and their EE charges by 27% — and did so without having to allocate any internal resource to manage the process.
Over two years, Spaceright’s mobile costs had nearly doubled — without any change in how they were using their phones. Nobody had flagged it. The contract had quietly crept up while the business got on with things.
When we reviewed their setup we found the problem straight away. Within weeks they were on a plan that reflected how they actually used their mobiles — and paying significantly less for it.
“The work that Complete Communications undertook gives us confidence that our mobile account no longer has any cost or service inefficiencies. The savings achieved once the project was complete were higher than first estimated and the service they provided was exemplary throughout the process.”
