When you need something done, just ring Nick or Chris and its  sorted, no holding for EE for ages and ages only to get cut off and no searching for hours on the website, 1 call and its done. Complete Communications does a great job of looking after our mobile phone contract. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they quickly resolve any network issues. We have recently passed over our gas and electricity to them to source the best price which they have, and saved us money.
