When my ageing and ailing old phone finally got too temperamental to use, I spoke to Andy. He listened to my requirements in terms of the kind of handset functionality I needed and what my priorities are, my network preference and typical usage to find me the right fit. Both he and Jamie were available to answer any questions I had. Once I ordered the phone, delivery simple and fast, it came within 24 hours and the team dealt with the new SIM activation and PAC code so I could keep my existing number.
